The PMM™ process brings together many years of theory and practical experience and enables Product Managers to deliver products in the most effective and efficient manner. 

The PMM process / methodology (proprietary) was assessed for its ‘value’ and ‘academic’ alignment by Professor Mike Kaye of Portsmouth University. This independent review confirmed the robust approach and resulted in an official credibility check for the methodology and its principles. It confirmed that the PMM is most suitable for the task of product management and as an integral part of companywide quality processes.

Integral to the PMM process is the ‘Interactive Business Model Series’ which is a collection of superlative business models covering the core elements of best practice strategic management. Each model within the series is designed to be ‘easy to use’ and understand and results in strong visual impact and compelling rationale when presented.
