The Interactive Business Model set (inc. 30 individual models) is a fully supported, ‘business unit’ (perpetual) site license. The model set can be used in perpetuity thereafter. Software updates are included FOC across the initial 12-month period and are subject to an annual support contract thereafter if required.
Support offered for the model set is restricted to software updates of the individual models, as and when required. From a logistics point of view, it may be beneficial to limit any updates (unless urgently required) to every Qtr. as appropriate.
Specific (additional) training and awareness for individual software and enhancements thereafter of the model set is available if required and is available as a training programme.
